Breathwave is the experimental art of Conscious Connected Breathing.

Ceremony is the rooted, collective art of people coming together with a shared intention.

Put the two together, and you get Breathwave Ceremony, a conscious way of connecting with each other through the breath and the heart, exactly as each being is.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

We’ll gather in circle and share and receive intentions, after which we’ll learn to surrender to the breath using a specific and gentle cue. Participants learn to relax into a potent and peaceful rhythm of respiration, optimal for the expression and integration of unexpressed energy in the body mind.

*** Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, water bottle, and eye pillow. Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for optimal coziness. Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to set up your space and settle in.
