Let’s come together on a weekly basis for a month starting from May. In the confidential and sacred space, you’re called to bring your troubles, grief, rage, joy, and anything else that’s moving through to witness and be witnessed by other men doing the same.

We’ll spend the first hour in deep practice, working with grief, frustrations, burden using embodiment practices from Vajrayana, Neo-Tantra, Qi gong modalities as well as Conscious Connected Breath. The second hour will be focused on deep circles, to share, get support, and get clear on purpose.
